Hi - we are experience the 4 month sleep regression. Our baby slept through the night starting at 10 weeks and then at 14 weeks stopped. She now wakes up every hour. Some background: We’re first-time parents that can't sleep when the baby does because she has a form of severe acid reflux and also can’t always roll back when she ends up on her face. We need someone to monitor her at night until she outgrows this so we can get some sleep. The job is comfortable and recurring for now. You would be in your own room watching the Nanit baby monitor, and if she rolls on her face, cries, or needs a change/comfort, you would go in and help her. The main responsibility is consistently watching the monitor. Budget is flexible but ideally 17-25/hour or close to that.

Hello, I’m looking into learning more about helping my 19mo sleep through the night. We wrestled through the first year of life with bad sleep and used cosleeping to survive. Then around 12 mo he started sleeping through the night, almost consistently. Now, we’ve lost our way since a series of colds, ear infections, molars, regressions, etc..
