We are looking for someone to help out around the house (dishes, laundry, possible the occasional walking of our dogs). Im looking for a sleep coach who doesn’t believe in the cry it out method but can help might baby be a better independent sleeper as well as a lactation consultant who can help me better my babies latch. I tend to do things with a more holistic method so knowledge of ways besides modern medicine could be useful but willing to do whatever helps my baby. He’s currently 4 months old and exclusively breastfeeds and had a few nights weeks ago that he slept through the night but that quickly changed and now he’s waking up every 3 hours so i’m not sure how to prolong his sleep at night. His latch is good but he comes off a few times and seems to get air so i’m struggling to find the best position for him. My current budget is $150 but if it’s in network then 75$

Whatever is covered by insurance Anthem BCBS HIP - Birth either at home or at hospital possibly could pay out of pocket depending on price. I did have my last baby at 33 weeks at home and she was breeched. I expect to go very fast and afraid I won’t make it to the hospital in time.

CPR certified, newborn care experience at least 2 years, and helping establish a sleep schedule after the first couple months. No additional duties overnight outside of baby dishes like bottles used. Preferably no more than $23 an hour.
