Giving birth at NYU Langone in Kips Bay, Manhattan, and I'm interested in delayed cord clamping, unmedicated birth, etc.

Planning to give birth at Lenox Hill hospital in NYC. We are looking for a postpartum doula AND night nurse, someone who can help me adjust postpartum and care for me and my baby. I want the nurse to help make sure my baby sleeps throughout the night and takes care of the baby while I work. Also, I want the nanny to cook for us. Estimated budget is TBD. Birth plan is natural vaginal. Mandatory: Must speak English and Mandarin Chinese.

Looking for assistance with a home birth . I am open to a water birth as well. I have no insurance so i will be paying out of pocket. My budget is $5,000- $7,000 but i am flexible. I need someone to walk me through what to expect from the home birth and any possible issues that comes from this and thats mainly it. I am a trans man. I am seeking a birth doula who is invested in supporting trans pregnancy and the many complications of experiencing dysphoria in pregnancy, and supporting my needs as a trans parent through the birthing process. Additionally, I have hypertension and rheumatoid arthritis, and persistent proteinuria and am seeing a high risk doctor for my birth. I would like to have a non-c-section in the hospital setting with my MFM practice, and be supported in my needs as a gestational parent and birthing person. Also I would like a doula who is equipped to support my wife as non-gestational parent and new queer parents. We have dealt with loss (she had an early miscarriage when we TTC'd earlier in life) and this has impacted my experience of pregnancy as well. I plan to give birth at NYU Langone.
