Delivering at Jersey Shore Hospital. Would like to try to have a natural birth without epidural. Want a certified doula that has been actively supporting births for at least 5 years. Would like support pre delivery, guidance on exercises, stretches and anything that can support comfort and preparation for delivery.

I am looking for a very experienced doula who can help my husband and I prepare for a hospital delivery. It is important for me to have someone with a calming presence who can guide my husband and I through the birthing process.
