A relatively new mommy to be after 8 years. Looking for a doula for emotional and educational support as i am new to the whole experience. I plan to deliver at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media, PA. I have no desire to go completely natural. I have medicaid insurance, looking for a doula that accepts.

I am still deciding on where I want to give birth. I am positive I want to go the unmediated route, though! I have been researching it for years at this point. Budget is flexible. We are insured through Highmark so of course going through our insurance would be preferable. I will only need care from someone in DE from the months of March through July. I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. Planning on a natural birth with no medicines, and if possible, a doula or midwife with Christian beliefs and values. I'm unsure of costs as it will be through my work insurance.
