Three week old on nipple shield, left nipple is painful when feeding. Would like to transition off nipple shield

Two and a half month old. Baby is feeding ok on formula but I am a mom who wants to solely feed from breast milk; whether that be breast feed, bottle feed breast milk or both. Once I got home & I started pumping I barely got an ounce in each session. Now, I get a few drops or I get colostrum. I am interested in relactation. Please help. In person or virtual is fine. 3 days old baby. Breast became hard even I tried breast pump for every 3 hrs. Just 25-30ml milk through breast pump.

I'm 10 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding and pumping. I've recently experienced a significant decrease in my milk supply, mostly in my right breast. I've been consistently pumping every three hours (even after I nurse) in hopes to get my supply back up. Despite these efforts my output has remained fairly low (1-3 ounces per session at best). I'm looking for in-person help identifying the issue and helping rebuild my supply and hopefully getting to a place where I can nurse again without needing to give a bottle after.

I having my first baby. I plan to have an unmedicated, natural birth at Saint Peter's birth center in New Brunswick, NJ. I would love a doula to coach my husband to ensure he is part of the process as well. I would love a doula that brings helpful labor tools (TENS unit, birth ball etc). It would be a bonus if my doula could also photograph the moment.
