My breasts feel engorged and have hard lumps. Even after breastfeeding, my baby still seems hungry and wants to nurse again. When I use a breast pump, I can only get a small amount of milk, and I don’t know why.

I have a two month old who cannot latch past the nipple. We’re trying so hard to breastfeed and need help. I had an unplanned c-section. I’m concerned my baby doesn’t get enough milk from the breast. I pump but only make 6-9 ounces a day. My newborn has gas and a right side preference. The pediatrician suspect torticollis. I’m currently a single parent out of work with no income.

I gave birth on March 5th and the today is day 4, and I feel my best is engorged on both side. I used breast pump multiple times per day, but still only 10-15 ml per pump on both side.
