I am giving birth at St Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. I have not finalized my birth plan yet, but I plan on taking the epidural. I am looking for support pre and post birth. I don't have a specific budget in mind. It will depend on the kind of services I ultimately decide on. Pre-labor, I am looking for guidance on labor prep, ways to avoid tearing, mental health support as I have a lot of anxiety about the pain of delivery. I would like a doula present at my delivery. Hi, Looking for a doula to help me prepare for childbirth and be present at the birth - hoping for a medicated vagina birth in the hospital (Jersey City Medical center). This is my first child. My husband and I have no family in the country (we’re British from the UK) and so extra support is needed. Would also like support after during the postpartum stage. Unsure on costs for this kind of thing so advice would be great. Thank you
