I'd like to let my water break naturally. I'd like to use these labor props: I PLAN ON HAVING A NATURAL BIRTH NO MEDICATION PLEASE DONT OFFER. DELIVERY When it's time to push, I'd like to be allowed to push when and how I feel I should. I'd like to choose the position I deliver in. I'd like to touch my baby's head as it crowns. If I have a c-section, I'd like to have the drape lowered so I can view the birth. 3000 is my budget

Hospital birth, first time moms, LGBTQ+ family, 39 years old, unsure of budget as just starting out, ideal birth plan is vaginal birth without epidural (and tearing) but I’m very interested in nitros as pain management. I have TRICARE West Prime and am hoping to find a doula who accepts TRICARE and is familiar with the authorization process. I’m also hoping to work with a Christian doula whose support aligns with our faith and values. I’m looking for calm, encouraging labor support and would love to connect to see if we’d be a good fit. This is my first baby. My family lives in California and I live in Long Beach. So I’m in need of learning the do’s and don’ts of childbirth and afterbirth care. Also prepping my body for delivery. Ideally I would like to have a water birth because it seems safer for the baby and I. By research I’ve seen most doula’s cost $25 an hour.
