I am planning to have an unmedicated water birth at the Fort Worth Birthing Center. My budget for a doula is around $1,000 I’m currently creating my birth plan, and since this is my first pregnancy, I would really appreciate a doula who can help guide and educate me throughout the preparation process. I want to feel physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared for birth. I plan to breastfeed, but I’m not interested in direct latching. I would prefer to exclusively pump and would love support and guidance with establishing a successful pumping routine after birth. I’m 24 years old, engaged, and blessed to have a great support system around me. What I’m looking for most in a doula is someone who can help prepare me for the physical aspects of an unmedicated birth, provide encouragement and reassurance throughout labor, and help me feel confident in my body and my ability to give birth. My faith is also very important to me. I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ, and I would love to have a doula who is comfortable incorporating prayer, scripture, and faith-based encouragement into my birth experience. I want the atmosphere surrounding my labor and birth to feel peaceful, supportive, and centered around God. Ultimately, I’m looking for someone who will support me, encourage me, help me advocate for myself, and make me feel safe and confident throughout this experience

I am looking for a Doula to help me through natural labor and help my husband be more involved in my birth process. I will deliver at HCA Conroe and use their natural birthing room, if available, with the birthing tub for pain relief. I want a saline loc for GBS antibiotics (if positive; I probably am) and it to be turned off between doses for mobility. I also would like to labor in different positions/on birthing ball/tub or shower for relief. I have Invite Healthcare Community Plan and this is my 4th birth, first time being completely unmedicated, and first time seeking obt a Doula.
Looking for a doula during pregnancy and birth. Plan to give birth at medical city Dallas. Unsure of budget. Birth plan- I am a surrogate and intended parents are in Dallas as well. Plan to go into labor naturally and use relaxation and breathing techniques. Prefer gas rather than epidural. Looking for doula to advocate for my Birth plan and help as support person for communication between parties through the birth. My mom will be there as a support person as well but lives 2 hrs away so may not be there right away when I go into labor.
Want someone to support me and my husband with knowledge and insight throughout pregnancy and delivery. And then afterwards as well. Delivering probably in the woodlands/montgomery area.
