Its a sharp, needle like pain. I need help finding a way to feed without the pain. I need a lactation consultant who can help find the right method with me.

My baby has a tongue tie and the anatomy of my breast makes it really difficult and uncomfortable to nurse her. I would like a lactation consultant who has experience with babies who have tongue ties. My husband and I are still debating whether we should consult with a plastic surgeon about it
I feel like my supply is lowering and I'm normally an over supplier. It's been 12 years since my last baby and struggling to adjust. Also dealing with post partum anxiety and rage.
My 9 week old has decided to completely stop breastfeeding and screams at the breast every time I try.
I believe she has a shallow latch. I am looking for someone to come to my house and that accepts blue cross blue shield
I plan to give birth at home, as naturally as possible. Our budget is around $1,000, but we are willing to pay more depending on the services. My birth plan is simply to have our baby at home and go from there. It's not a strict plan, and I'm open to changes that mean me and the baby are safe and healthy. No requirements needed, I'm happy to have someone who is new. I'm new to this, and we can learn together! Id love help with sleep training, lactation, postpartum.
