Planning for: hospital birth with OB Unsure of budget currently, but hopefully doula care covered by insurance. Birth plan: unmedicated vaginal delivery, doula supported Requirements: certified doula and lactation consultant Details: 31 year old first time pregnancy and birth, hoping to breast and bottle feed from early on Additional duties: none, but would be helpful to have tips on nutritional support for postpartum recovery and lactation
I plan to give birth at home, as naturally as possible. Our budget is around $1,000, but we are willing to pay more depending on the services. My birth plan is simply to have our baby at home and go from there. It's not a strict plan, and I'm open to changes that mean me and the baby are safe and healthy. No requirements needed, I'm happy to have someone who is new. I'm new to this, and we can learn together! Id love help with sleep training, lactation, postpartum.
