Help with pumping and milk supply. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help.

Struggling to establish Breast feeding consistency and latch. Supply has not been adequate and we have had to use formula.

At the hospital we immediately had issues breastfeeding. It hurts extremely bad when he latches, and the pain persists through the whole feeding but slightly less than the initial latch. Its a sharp, needle like pain. I need help finding a way to feed without the pain. I need a lactation consultant who can help find the right method with me.
