baby is not latching correctly causing issues for feeding snd overall comfort
1 month old started to struggle to latch. Takes multiple tries, will let go after a few mins. Will eat for 2-4 mins at a time every 10-15 minutes per wake window. Also I think swallowing air. Looking for in home care in Austin TX
Baby was in Nicu for 13 days and they had her on a bottle. We were able to get her to latch with a nipple shield and are trying to have her latch properly now without the nipple shield and having too much trouble with pain and not latching correctly onto the breast without the shield.
I need help latching without a nipple shield so I’m not getting hurt by baby. She was in NICU for 13 days and I was in hospital sick as well. She was on bottle now breast shield and I need help to latch her without the shield.
Just need help making sure milk supply is optimal for a newborn baby. Primarily looking for lactation consulting.

I plan to give birth at home, as naturally as possible. Our budget is around $1,000, but we are willing to pay more depending on the services. My birth plan is simply to have our baby at home and go from there. It's not a strict plan, and I'm open to changes that mean me and the baby are safe and healthy.
