I’m having trouble with my supply, I’m not producing enough for baby, so I do have to substitute with formula. baby has been suffering with colic, gasses and stools due to the formula so I would love to keep it only breast milk feedings. baby does curl his lips in, and because of an extraction I had to get we had to stop breast-feeding him so by now I’m only breast pumping, but my supply did drop and I’ve been trying to keep on three hours pumping but it’s not I’m just not producing enough milk so I want help on that and I have really sore nipples and it’s really really bad. Also I would like to know if I’m eating the correct things or if I need to stop eating certain foods.
I would like a supportive doula that will help me with a vbac2. I plan on giving birth at the hospital but I plan to labor as much as I can at home. Would like to hold off on a epidural till I can handle the pain. I want movement .
My baby is starting to latch less and less. He will initially latch and drink for a few minutes and then come off crying. I pump after and give him a bottle of expressed milk, but worry that he has already developed a bottle preference. Is there anyway we can get better at breastfeeding?
