I am exclusively pumping my left side has a lot of trouble and I’m max getting an oz and a half while my right I’ve gotten 5 out of but then my next pump I got barely 2 or less
5 month old that was born 7 weeks early. Stated in the NICU for a month before coming home. Not gaining as much weight as Doctor would like so we are supplementing with formula. I feel like he isn’t transferring milk well and my pumping output since going back to work is not as much as I used to get before he came home from the NICU. I need help figuring out what needs to be done to boost my supply and help him transfer milk better. Would prefer an in person visit in an office setting not an at home appointment.
