Postpartum support including lactation, sleep, night care

I am needing a new OBGYN that is a female as well as a foula that is covered by my insurance. I have been labeled a high risk pregnancy and I have concerns my OBGYN is going to try and force me out of my birth plans. Due Jan 9th 2027. Plan on hospital birth (only for emergencies if needed and meds if needed). I want to go as long as I can without meds, up and moving, yoga balls, and try different positions with labor including if an epidural is needed. (I don't want to lay in a bed and be miserable during contractions. I also don't want to push on my back.) I would need someone who is willing to set up a payment plan. Idk what the normal fees are but around $3,000 is what I could do. I am up for anyone as long as they are willing to be in my corner. Insurance is a Blue Cross Blue shield PPO.

I will be giving birth at a hospital, do not have a specific budget, but would like someone to be able to come two nights a week to allow me to catch up on rest

My birth plan is simply to have our baby at home and go from there. It's not a strict plan, and I'm open to changes that mean me and the baby are safe and healthy. I am planning to give birth at North Austin Medical Center in relation with Moontower Midwifery & Wellness center as my midwife practice. I do plan to receive an epidural (unsure of how early or late at this time) and would prefer not to receive pitocin unless absolutely last result needed. I would like to be able to move around and labor freely before receiving the epidural. However, everything will depend on in the moment needs and I’m looking for someone to be flexible and adaptable with me while supporting me throughout. I am also interested in learning breathing techniques specifically for labor and birth to try and avoid tearing with the epidural. I don’t want to push just because they are telling me to push, my hopes is to be able to feel the pressure and decide to push then. I am looking for a doula that is certified under the CBSD Tricare-Authorization. This allows coverage for up to 6 hours of prenatal/postpartum visits and one continuous labor support visit. The doula must be certified by an approved origination and have a signed participation agreement with Tricare West.
