I would like to do a hospital birth that feels like home. I would Prefer a women of color. My birth plan is just to have an easy birth. I would like to do no epidural ( they just scare me) but if they have other pain meds I would be okay with it. Um no budget but very cost efficient

I have Medicaid and trying to see if anyone can help me with this: I can pay not an issue but I heard doulas can charge Medicaid as well with a bill! 3. Not sure about birthing plan just yet. I would prefer to avoid hospitals and find a midwife who has their own birthing center. I would like to stay under 9k and prefer someone who can do payment plans. My birth plan is 100% me and the father as well as any needed specialist or doctor. No family or friends.

I am needing a new OBGYN that is a female as well as a foula that is covered by my insurance. I have been labeled a high risk pregnancy and I have concerns my OBGYN is going to try and force me out of my birth plans. Due Jan 9th 2027. Plan on hospital birth (only for emergencies if needed and meds if needed). I want to go as long as I can without meds, up and moving, yoga balls, and try different positions with labor including if an epidural is needed. (I don't want to lay in a bed and be miserable during contractions. I also don't want to push on my back.) I would need someone who is willing to set up a payment plan. Idk what the normal fees are but around $3,000 is what I could do. I am up for anyone as long as they are willing to be in my corner. Insurance is a Blue Cross Blue shield PPO.
