I need a midwide that will work with my insurance and is available for vba3c. I can not pay out of pocket. I need someone to at the very least evaluate me and give me a honest answer. This has been a up hill battle since I got pregnant. Can anyone at all help?

I will be delivering at Baylor Scott and White Grapevine. I'm unsure of budget and am trying to figure out what my insurance may or may not cover. This is our first child, so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of cost. I would like to have a natural birth, and plan to breastfeed. I would like to avoid an epidural and induction if possible, and would love resources to prepare for a natural unmedicated birth. I want to remain open minded to the possiblity that things may not go the way I want them to. I am with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and have the Blue Choice PPO if relevant.

I’m an expecting second time mum and would like to hire someone who can assist with newborn 3 nights per week for 8hrs. And also possibly looking into a lactation consultant to guide me in breastfeeding and pumping.

I have four month old twin boys that are exclusively breast-fed. I supplement with pumping while I’m at work, but they always have breastmilk with her fresh or expressed. Recently, I have had trouble feeling like I’m emptying using a pump. In fact the other night I was able to hand expressed a lot more milk because I still felt full after pumping for 30 minutes and nursing prior. either in person or virtual, budget is what is necessary, but I have CIGNA for insurance.

I have been trying to wean off exclusively pumping because I was getting clogs. As I have attempted to wean I have continued to get clogs and feel as if I’m in a cycle because it is the same few spots. Hello, I have a 6 month old baby who I have exclusively breastfed since she was born. We have never had any breastfeeding struggles. She has recently lost weight. We were advised to supplement with formula (add it to my pumped breastmilk). She had a reaction to the formula (she has CMPA). I am trying numerous things to increase my supply before trying a different formula but am not seeing results. I would really like professional help to navigate this challenging time as I would like to continue to give her breastmilk as long as I can.
