Brest feeding challanges, difficulty in latch and sustain

I need a midwide that will work with my insurance and is available for vba3c. I can not pay out of pocket. I need someone to at the very least evaluate me and give me a honest answer. This has been a up hill battle since I got pregnant. Can anyone at all help?

4 month old crying at the breast and acting like there’s either no milk or having trouble transferring. Latch is shallow but not painful. Concerned about weight gain and lots of crying. Looking for a provider who takes Medicaid or sliding scale

Hello, my baby hasn’t been feeding well the past week and overall has slow weight gain. Crying at the breast, refusing to eat. Need help!!

I will be delivering at Baylor Scott and White Grapevine. I'm unsure of budget and am trying to figure out what my insurance may or may not cover. This is our first child, so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of cost. I would like to have a natural birth, and plan to breastfeed. I would like to avoid an epidural and induction if possible, and would love resources to prepare for a natural unmedicated birth. I want to remain open minded to the possiblity that things may not go the way I want them to. I am with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and have the Blue Choice PPO if relevant.

My main requirement is postpartum support after coming home, rather than labor/birth support. * Requirements for the provider: Prefer an Indian postpartum doula, if available, or someone familiar with Indian postpartum traditions and food. I would prefer someone experienced with newborns and first-time mothers. Postpartum doula certification/newborn-care training and infant CPR/first-aid knowledge are preferred. An Indian language is a plus but not mandatory. * Details about care recipients: First-time mother and newborn baby. I’m looking for someone who can help me recover after delivery while teaching/guiding me with newborn care, diapering, soothing, bathing, safe sleep, and establishing a routine. I would also like breastfeeding/feeding support and guidance, as needed. * Additional duties: Primarily mother and newborn care. Light baby-related duties such as washing/sterilizing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and keeping the baby’s area organized would be helpful. Light cooking/meal preparation, especially Indian postpartum meals, would be a big plus. I’m not looking for heavy house cleaning.

I’m an expecting second time mum and would like to hire someone who can assist with newborn 3 nights per week for 8hrs. And also possibly looking into a lactation consultant to guide me in breastfeeding and pumping.

I have four month old twin boys that are exclusively breast-fed. I supplement with pumping while I’m at work, but they always have breastmilk with her fresh or expressed. Recently, I have had trouble feeling like I’m emptying using a pump. In fact the other night I was able to hand expressed a lot more milk because I still felt full after pumping for 30 minutes and nursing prior. either in person or virtual, budget is what is necessary, but I have CIGNA for insurance.

Ive tried different positions for breastfeeding and it always hurts, my baby does latch but i cannot stand the pain

I will be doing c section so birth plan is really scheduling at the hospital. i want someone that has many years of experience. need someone to educate and prepare us on when the baby comes, postpartum care, and lactation.

I think I may have an oversupply or milk coming too fast. I’m concerned with my baby’s gas/reflux situation. He seems uncomfortable after feeds and sometimes during. He seems to still be gaining weight but in the last few days he has spit up with almost every feed. The doctor prescribed reflux medication but I’d like to get to the root cause.

A provider who accepts insurance (BCBS) and can give lactation support early and ongoing. Early meaning within first couple weeks of birth, ongoing meaning up to 3 -4 months. Ideally looking for a total of 3 visits across that time frame. In home would be great, but not required.
