I am looking for a doula with first time mom and 4-5 years experience! I do plan on having a hospital birth and would like to get help creating a better natural birth plan for me and baby I want to make sure all my needs are met with nurses and stuff so nothing I’m not comfortable with or unnecessary options are available to me/given without my permission I understand I am in my third trimester I recently learned more about a doula but would love to have one present with me for more support and understanding of my needs during and possibly after birth to help better take care of my body during postpartum

I would like to give birth in a birthing center or at home I’m not fully sure yet. I don’t have a budget, I would like minimal medical intervention however I would like some pain medication while birthing
