We need something temporary! My son was sleeping for about 5-6 hours each night, but now he’s only getting maybe 3 hours a night. If you could help sleep train, that would be amazing!

My husband and I are planning to go through another round of IVF sometime between October and December, and we’re starting to explore postpartum support options early this time around. We are giving birth at a hospital and dallas and looking for support starting when we arrive home from the hospital to ensure we are doing things correctly at first time parents. budget is open and we aren't certain how long of a contract we would need but initial thoughts are 4-6 weeks. we are gay and would need someone who is okay with that. we also have a small very old dog who doesn't need anything but would be around the entire time. aside from help with generally keeping baby alive and learning how to parent it would be nice to get some help with cleaning the bottles, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, changing/bath time and maybe laundry.

Sleep Training Support: • Assist in establishing healthy sleep routines by implementing bedtime rituals that promote restful sleep. • Provide guidance on sleep training methods, if desired, to help the baby develop consistent sleep patterns.  5. Light Household Tasks: • Perform light housekeeping duties related to the baby’s care, such as organizing the nursery, baby’s laundry, preparing bottles for the next day, and ensuring the baby’s environment is clean and safe.  6. Parental Support: • Offer support and education to parents on newborn care practices, including feeding techniques, sleep strategies, and general infant care. • Provide a listening ear and practical advice to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for the family.  Qualifications: • Experience in newborn care, with references available upon request. • Training or certification in infant CPR and first aid. • Knowledge of infant sleep patterns and sleep training methodologies. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.
