Sleep Training Support: • Assist in establishing healthy sleep routines by implementing bedtime rituals that promote restful sleep. • Provide guidance on sleep training methods, if desired, to help the baby develop consistent sleep patterns.  5. Light Household Tasks: • Perform light housekeeping duties related to the baby’s care, such as organizing the nursery, baby’s laundry, preparing bottles for the next day, and ensuring the baby’s environment is clean and safe.  6. Parental Support: • Offer support and education to parents on newborn care practices, including feeding techniques, sleep strategies, and general infant care. • Provide a listening ear and practical advice to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for the family.
