I am hoping to labor at home as long as possible and then will either transfer to a birthing center or hospital. I currently have a midwife through Adriatica Women’s Health. I am unsure on a specific budget. I am really trying to get an idea of what my options are. I plan to do an unmedicated natural birth.
First child, i plan on birthing at the hospital and need support in having an unmediated birth. I would like the provider to accept HSA or United or work with the VA
I plan on having a home birth. I’m not sure on budget because I don’t know the average cost of a midwife. I would like someone with at least 3-4 years experience.
Having home birth, birth plan is unmedicated and trusting myself.
This is my first pregnancy, and I’d like to explore holistic options vs traditional OB And hospital births. I do not know a lot about midwivery besides some initial research but would like to explore that route for our care. Midwifery services is my primary concern, but also would like to learn about doula services and lactation services to see if that’s a good option for me too. would prefer birth center or home birth (water birth) Have Aetna insurance so prefer to use that, otherwise will pay OOP/look at financing options.
I am looking for a doula/midwife who can support my natural/physiological birth plan and who can advocate for me within the hospital setting. I want to be free to move around during labor, possibly use a labor tub, push with my contractions instead of purple pushing, and deliver my placenta naturally. I would prefer a doula/midwife who I knowledgeable about hospital policies and feels comfortable advocating my wishes while I am focused on breathing through contractions.
I’m not sure yet I am looking for support both during pregnancy and during giving birth
I have a prenatal birth coach. I’ve taken courses on hypnobirthing. I’ve had two appts with an OB for an early sonogram at 10 weeks and to hear the heart beat at 28 weeks. I am not interested in any additional OB appts. I intend to have an unassisted physiological freebirth. I’m considering just having my husband present, but consulting with any available doulas or midwives to possible hire someone else to be present for the birth and for postpartum care.
I plan to give birth at Baylor Scott and white hospital in McKinney tx. This is my first baby so I’m not sure what to expect for my budget, but I would like to receive a quote. I am looking for a doula that can help prioritize my birth plan and focus on my needs during the birth, while the OB focuses on the baby. I would really like to give birth vaginally and am looking for someone who values modern medicine but can also help keep things as natural as possible if it is safe. I’m looking for someone who will advocate for me when things get crazy in the delivery room and who is willing to coach me through labor and help support my husband in supporting me. I am currently hoping to give birth un medicated, but I am open minded as I have never experienced labor before. I know I will want delayed cord cutting and breastmilk only. I would also like to learn about different birth positions and reduce the risk of tearing and as natural as possible birth if the placenta.
We need someone to help with running the house, we have a toddler too
Im seeing if there is a possibility of me having a doula covered through Medicaid. I’ve had 2 birth center and 2 home births and am considering my first hospital birth.
I am looking to give birth at Baylor Scott & White in McKinney, TX, or at a birthing facility. My due date is on 12/5/26. I have Tricare Select insurance.

I'm looking for a Midwife Abdullah that is going to be able to support me in my at home water birth due in September. My due date looks like I may have been a week and a half off so I'm looking into that. Unfortunately, the mid Wi-Fi plans to have now that I'm moving to the Bonham area in Dodd City she does not go that far So I'm looking for a perfect match of holistic approach and someone also able to come to my house in Dodd city I just got on Medicaid so I plan to hopefully use Medicaid to cover the costs and I'm interested in how that process goes as well
