I am a first time mother looking for support on what to expect before/during/after delivery. I plan to deliver at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, where I actually work as a nurse. This is also my boyfriend’s first child and I want him to feel supported and know how to support me too. Ideally, we would want vaginal delivery but I am diabetic and know that babies may be larger, so I am not entirely against a c-section if that is the safest option. I do plan on having an epidural regardless but would like to incorporate other pain relief methods. I would like to create a calm environment in the delivery room. I also plan to breast feed post-birth.

I have difficulty having my daughter latch on. She gets frustrated and I am so lost if breastfeeding and if I’m pumping correctly. I have trouble with her reflux as well

I am unsure of what I need. I am still trying to figure this out. I'll revisit the budget and stuff soon.

Plan to give birth at a hospital…this is my first kid so i don’t know how much to expect in pricing. I want to go as natural as possible no epidural I don’t want to be induced unless really need too. I don’t wanna give birth on my back. I want to prevent tearing as much as possible. Delay cord cutting. I want to breastfeed . I want my spouse and me to have the skin to skin time

I plan to give birth un medicated in the hospital. My estimated budget is around 2,500 I would like someone who is more holistic. I also would like support during postpartum with belly binding and light massage and just someone checking in on me.

I know I want to try unmedicated, I want to set the mood in my delivery room with blue lights, aroma therapy and white noise or nature sounds. I plan to deliver using the squat bar method and I do want to use a mirror to see it all. I just want to be present, safe, healthy and feel in control.

I would like someone who is calm, knowledgeable, and advocates for informed decision-making while respecting my birth preferences. This is my first baby, so having emotional support, comfort measures during labor, and breastfeeding support after delivery are important to me. Good morning, I am looking for a midwife to do a home birth. We do not have a budget at this time, but are wanting to use our insurance which is Cigna. I will need some guidance with my birth plan but as of now I know I want to do a home, unmediated birth.
