My Budget is no higher than $5000 as I just need someone there for the birth. I'm not one to say that you need 20 years experience but preferably someone who's been doing this for more than 5. I am 18 years old and this will be my second child and a VBAC delivery (My obgyn has cleared me for VBAC).
