11 week old, has had trouble latching, minor tongue tie. Seems to have a better latch, but not sure if transfer is effective. No weighted feeds since 2 weeks old. Currently exclusively pumping and latching anytime in between. However, output is low on the pump. I would like to increase supply if possible and be able to do actual nursing sessions. I’m an expecting second time mum and would like to hire someone who can assist with newborn 3 nights per week for 8hrs. And also possibly looking into a lactation consultant to guide me in breastfeeding and pumping.

I have four month old twin boys that are exclusively breast-fed. I supplement with pumping while I’m at work, but they always have breastmilk with her fresh or expressed. Recently, I have had trouble feeling like I’m emptying using a pump. In fact the other night I was able to hand expressed a lot more milk because I still felt full after pumping for 30 minutes and nursing prior. either in person or virtual, budget is what is necessary, but I have CIGNA for insurance.
