I plan to give birth at NYU with Downtown Women. We are hoping to find doula covered by our insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield but if there are additional services requiring payment that is also ok. This is my first time pregnancy and I don’t have a plan for delivery yet.

I’m looking for an experienced, certified birth and postpartum doula for pregnancy, labor, birth, and daytime postpartum support (no overnight care). I have Cigna Open Access Plus (CGHB), and Cigna has confirmed my doula benefit, so I’m looking for a provider who can bill Cigna directly.
