Physical and emotional support during delivery and postpartum. BCBS health insurance
We’re first-time parents in Saratoga Springs, NY with a newborn arriving mid-June and looking for overnight support starting mid-July. Seeking an experienced overnight doula or newborn care specialist 2-3 nights per week. Must be comfortable with breast milk bottle prep, feeding logs, and soothing baby independently. CPR certified required.
Albany NY Minimal intervention but not anti modern medicine. Would like my body to do what it was designed for but understand and ok with needing help for my safety and health. We don't have a ton of money for out of pocket expenses so hoping insurance will cover it but it's a Minnesota plan and we are out of state. First baby and a very small/non existent village in Albany. Friends and family live out of state.
I'm hoping to give birth at home in a relaxed setting, likely with only my husband present. I am looking for a midwife (ideally CNM) for my pregnancy as well as the delivery of my baby. I also would love to have a post party doula who will handle meals, laundry, assist with night feeds and changes etc.
Hospital birth. I don’t mind getting the epidural however i would like not to
Hi, We are a family of four, soon to be five. We are looking for postpartum doula support to help us navigate the transition during July and potentially through mid-August. Our baby is due at the end of May, and we would ideally be looking for support starting at the end of June. I breastfed both of my children until they were around 15 months old, and we previously worked with a postpartum doula whom we had a wonderful experience with. She supported us by cooking nutritious meals, helping with light housekeeping, providing massages to support recovery, and caring for the baby so I could rest and have some personal time.
I need help around the house so that I can resume my life , going back to work and school , need help with breastfeeding etc and sleeping habits for me and the baby
Hi Jada, my name is Avi, my husband Kunal and I are expecting our first baby on June 21st. I have been seeing my OB at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist hospital and plan on delivering there. I was hoping to connect and learn more about your services around birth at the hospital and lactation support. Look forward to hearing from you! Avi

Hospital birth; looking for certified provider for in person birth support
Looking for postpartum help. I plan to give birth at Garnet Hospital in Middletown NY.
I have never used a doula before and I think I would love the experience this will be my first time trying to breastfeed after having three kids already and I just want a calm birthing experience I would probably still give birth in hospital I’m hoping my insurance covers everything
Looking for a child birth, breast feeding, and postpartum doula.
Looking for a doula to help me through my birth experience and also after. Looking for someone who can help guide me as a first time mom. I’m trying to decide where to give birth she says I will be moving from Brooklyn to Nyack in July. I would like to have a hospital birth with an epidural.
We live in a 1-bedroom apartment in NYC, and my mom will be staying with us for the first month to help with the baby, including some overnight support. Because of this, I’m not looking for full-time or live-in care, but rather targeted, part-time support that complements family help. What I’m hoping to find: Daytime sessions focused on guidance and check-ins, with strong experience in newborn care and sleep basics Breastfeeding support (or experience working alongside lactation consultants) Support for a first-time mom’s recovery and transition Someone comfortable working in a shared, small-space environment and able to integrate smoothly with family support already in place Willingness to help with light, baby-related household tasks (e.g., snack prep, nursery organization, light tidying) to support recovery English and Mandarin speaking is ideal but not mandatory. While not required, occasional overnight support may be of interest depending on how things progress. We’re also open to adjusting support after the first couple of weeks depending on how things are going. Given we are using Carrot fertility funds to pay for this service, the doula must satisfy the following eligibility criteria. Doulas in the United States must have at least one of the following: - Medicaid approval to provide doula services in their state - An active doula certification from an eligible certifying organization - A certificate of completion from an eligible doula training program and three years of experience They must also have all three of the following to be eligible: - An active certificate in adult and infant CPR from an eligible certifying organization - At least $1 million in liability insurance from a reputable insurer - Client and professional references Estimated budget $40-65
I plan on giving natural birth in a hospital and vaginal birth
I plan to give birth at the hospital. The estimated budget is $2,000. I plan to give birth naturally but may have a C section if needed. This would be my first baby, so I’m looking for an experienced doula to assist during labor and during the first weeks after giving birth.
Want to be able to be free from any hospital restrictions of movement, would consider a birthing center as top option. Looking for an African American dollar, one who has experience with older pregnancy (41years old).and for my specific wishes at birth, to be adhered to and to help with lactation and post partum.
