I'm looking for a doula comfortable with the Bradley method for a hospital birth with midwives at the Allen hospital about ten minutes from my apartment. My goal is a natural physiological birth, and I'd like someone calm and knowledgeable to coach me (and my husband) through birth. Budget is $1500.

I would like to give birth at home preferably. I do have a cerclage for a short cervix that will be removed at 37 weeks. I had one with my previous pregnancy and went into labor naturally and had a spontaneous birth without intervention at 40 +1. I do have insurance, but my out of pocket budget is around $4k. I would like to labor as I feel comfortable without interventions and have immediate skin-to-skin with baby post birth.

We are overwhelmed with so much information that is out there especially when it comes to vaccinations and certain procedures hospitals do that we want to feel that we have a voice in our decisions and/or birth plan. Hello! I am currently pregnant with twins! I am planning to give birth at Hackensack University Medical Center. I am excited for birth and hopeful to have a natural, physiological birth. My OB practice also values a vaginal birth. I am not sure what to expect for budget for a doula, however, my budget would be around $1,000. I would love to have as little interventions during birth as possible. It’s very important that as soon as the babies come out I am able to hold them immediately. I would like to delay the cord clamping, and delay first bath as well. I also planning to breastfeed twins and would love education and support to be as effective as possible in that area!
