I need help with breastfeeding and having a painful latch

Help breast feeding I was Exclusively pumping for the first 3 weeks he finally decided to latch but has a shallow latch and I’m struggling to get him to latch better. I’m also trying to build a little bit of supply for the freezer for when I return to work. When I exclusively bf I only made 2 oz per pump now I’m barerly getting anything. Just need help.

Our goal is to transition to exclusive breastfeeding if possible, and we would appreciate guidance on improving latch, feeding techniques, milk transfer, and any other recommendations to help us establish successful breastfeeding.

Need help with my pumps. Not sure if im sized correctly. Can only get wearable mom cozys to work for me but im not getting great output. I have a spectra, baby buddha and hand pumps and cant seem to get any of them to work for me.

I plan to give birth at virtue Mount Holly Hospital. Hoping to find someone covered by TRICARE. My birth plan is to have the baby vaginally with epidural no need assistance with birth, lactation, postpartum, and possibly leading into nanny.

Prefer experience with Velamentous Cord Insertion (VCI) and advanced maternal age. Also prefer Doula who accepts medicaid (Jefferson Health Plans) but not a requirement. Thank you!

Maximizing pumping output when away from baby, having issues replacing feeds.

Having painful latch. I have PCOS and worried about low supply. Producing 1.25-1.5 oz q 2 hrs when pumping. Baby seems to want more. When baby is at breast transfering only 0.7 oz after feeding on both breast and latch is shallow and painful.

Hello, my name is Tatyanna. I’m currently looking for a lactation consultant. Ima a breast-feeding/pumping mom mostly pumping. I am three months and a few days postpartum. My journey has been up and down since birth. I currently make maybe 6 ounces to 10 ounces the most a day I pump about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I’m looking for some help figuring out what’s going on. I’ve tried changing pump pieces flame size eating drinking good I did have some blood work done recently. Thyroid levels came back high and iron levels came back low. I’m currently taking some iron Gummies and I do have an appointment coming up to talk to my doctor about my thyroid levels but wanted to see if I can get any assistance. My baby does latch but after 2 to 5 minutes of being latched on he gets fussy and then I would have to put him on the other boob and then after 2 to 5 minutes, he will get fussy again then I would have to substitute with formula after because I’m not making enough. Even when I pump I make maybe an ounce to an ounce and a half combining. i’m still taking prenatal vitamins. I’m just not sure what’s going on and I don’t wanna give up. looking for a lactation consultant who has many years of experience speaks English. If they take Keystone First health insurance that would be great. I currently am not working so I would not be able to pay out-of-pocket.
