Looking for a doula to help first time parents with at home support including breast feeding, pumping, sleeping and newborn care.

I'm looking for someone to take the night shift with my newborn when he or she arrives. I have a 3-year-old who will be almost 4 when the new baby is born. As I was previously unable to breastfeed, I want the night nanny to feed the baby formula, change the baby, and handle the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. If there's an opportunity to establish a sleep schedule early and the night nurse can do that, even better. I'd like to have this service for 3 months. Our budget is $25k to $30k

I am looking for a Doula to give me guidance through postpartum care, mental health, and guidance in navigating a newborn and being a first time mom. I am interested in overnight help and really need mental health reassurance as I am struggling with PPD. I need help with a routine for the baby, and support overall. I will be giving birth at Cooper Camden. I plan to labor at home and then hope to establish a calm and comfortable environment when I transition to the hospital. I love to be in water and plan to use a shower. I do plan on receiving an epidural but would like to be prepared in case that cannot happen. I am interested in a doula with several years experience. I am an older mom at 35, in a higher risk pregnancy. I am looking for a doula to assist with labor preparation, to attend my labor and delivery at the hospital, and to provide postpartum and lactation support as I hope to breast feed.

I’m due in just a few short weeks and would love to find a doula who is able to help me accomplish my birth preferences: - reduce likelihood of c-section, and other intervention, continuous professional support, hoping for maximal pain relief support since I don't want an epidural - help with the first feed - to have someone in my corner to translate medical jargon, relieving sense of unknown. - unless medically indicated, I plan to spend early labor at home to stay relaxed and hydrated in a familiar setting - I prefer to avoid Pitocin or artificial rupture of membranes unless there is a clear medical necessity - I wish to use upright or gravity-neutral positions for pushing to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of tearing - Immediately after birth, I request immediate skin-to-skin contact and delayed cord clamping (until it stops pulsing) - I plan to exclusively breastfeed and wish for all initial assessments to be done while the baby is on my chest if possible.

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I am not sure how much doulas really cost, so I would say my budget is about $1-2k. I haven’t created a birth plan yet. If the postpartum doula can speak gujarati, that would be great. The more experienced the better. I would like them to help with cooking, laundry tasks as I’ll have some older adults who have their recipes but they’d need help with these tasks (somebody can stir the food or cut it etc). This person should be able to go up and down the stairs.
