Hi. I’m pregnant with my third baby and would love to have a doula ! I recently found out my insurance (which I was shocked by this haha) accepts doula care. My insurance app brought me to you, so I wanted to reach out personally and see if you do take insurance or just out of pocket? I have horizon nj health. Thank you! :)

Hello, My name is Liana. I have gestational diabetes and am currently on insulin. Me and my husband plan on having the baby at the hospital-vaginally if possible. My health insurance-Horizon NJ health- told me about new doula services they provide (I'm not really sure how it works or how to sign up). I have 2 kids-an 8 year old and a 2 year old I care for. I worry that as I get further along my pregnancy going grocery shopping, attending 2-3 appointments weekly, and other physical activities all with my 2 year old would start emotionally and physically draining me. My husband helps me in the morning when he can but leaves early afternoon for work.

I'm looking for someone to take the night shift with my newborn when he or she arrives. I have a 3-year-old who will be almost 4 when the new baby is born. As I was previously unable to breastfeed, I want the night nanny to feed the baby formula, change the baby, and handle the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. If there's an opportunity to establish a sleep schedule early and the night nurse can do that, even better. I'd like to have this service for 3 months. Our budget is $25k to $30k
I plan to give birth at Riddle Hospital. I would like to find these services like lactation consultant in-home visits through my insurance.
I plan on giving birth at Christiana Hospital at Newark, Delaware. I am a first time mom and live far from family and friends with little to no support. I need help with lactation, healing, taking care of a newborn, with general house cleaning and making meals. My budget is 1k. My birth plan is to have a vaginal birth, skin to skin, and epidural if I feel like it’s too much.
Hi! I am seeking a doula who accepts Medicaid coverage. I’m due in just a few short weeks and would love to find a doula who is able to help me accomplish my birth preferences: - reduce likelihood of c-section, and other intervention, continuous professional support, hoping for maximal pain relief support since I don't want an epidural - help with the first feed - to have someone in my corner to translate medical jargon, relieving sense of unknown. - unless medically indicated, I plan to spend early labor at home to stay relaxed and hydrated in a familiar setting - I prefer to avoid Pitocin or artificial rupture of membranes unless there is a clear medical necessity - I wish to use upright or gravity-neutral positions for pushing to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of tearing - Immediately after birth, I request immediate skin-to-skin contact and delayed cord clamping (until it stops pulsing) - I plan to exclusively breastfeed and wish for all initial assessments to be done while the baby is on my chest if possible.
