Hello! First time pregnancy. Looking for night care for newborn.

First baby, planning to give birth at Bryn Mawr hospital. The care would be for me and/or our son. I don't have any family support and I'm new to the area so I'm kind of navigating everything on my own. I think we'd want to start with 5 nights of overnight support. I'm not really sure how much daytime support I'll need, perhaps we can figure that out together! The due date is May 27, I'm not sure when doula care generally starts prior to birth but I think we'd probably want 6 weeks of overnight support with it tapering off and I'm unsure of how long I'll need support in the daytime.

As I was previously unable to breastfeed, I want the night nanny to feed the baby formula, change the baby, and handle the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. If there's an opportunity to establish a sleep schedule early and the night nurse can do that, even better. We are looking for overnight care for our second son, due 4/1/27. We expect he will be born via scheduled c-section at the end of March or early April. We are seeking support during his first month of life. Ideally, we would like support beginning in the hospital, and then continuing 2 to 3 nights/week as we get settled in at home. I will be on maternity leave during this time, and navigating nights on my own as my husband and elder son keep up with their regular routines (work/daycare). In addition to newborn care, work may include light housekeeping like bottle washing/sanitizing and laundry.
