I need someone experienced in birth in order to avoid tearing (even though I plan on using an epidural) and also someone who is highly trained in sleep training for my baby once that becomes an option for them. I would like to create a birth plan that includes limited vaccines with the most necessary only and to be delayed and as spread out as possible!
