We are seeking an experienced, compassionate live-in newborn care specialist to provide 24/7 support for our growing family for approximately 2–3 months, depending on our baby's sleep development and our family's needs. This is for our second child, and we're looking for someone who can become a trusted partner during this special season while fitting seamlessly into our family as we all navigate the transition—especially our toddler. We were incredibly fortunate to have the most amazing night nurse with our first baby, and she truly became part of our family. We still keep in touch with her today, and we're hoping to find someone who values building that same kind of long-term, trusting relationship. We're looking for more than a caregiver—we're looking for someone who will provide warmth, confidence, guidance, and support during those precious first months. Hi! I’m starting to look into postpartum support for our second baby, due March 13th. We’re located in Shawnee on the Delaware, PA, right over the NJ border. I will have a separate comfortable bedroom for you! I’m interested in overnight newborn support for possibly the first 1–2 weeks after delivery, with the option to transition into some daytime support afterward. I do plan to exclusively breastfeed, so I’m looking for someone who can support nighttime feeds, diaper changes, soothing, settling baby back to sleep, and generally help make those early weeks a little smoother.
