I live in Delaware County, PA, and am willing to travel for prenatal appointments if needed. I am hoping to find someone who accepts Pennsylvania pregnancy Medicaid, but I am also open to discussing self-pay options if necessary. I had a previous labor that lasted about 3 hours, so home birth is especially important to me. I am looking for a provider who supports physiologic birth, informed decision-making, and individualized care.

Hello, I am currently a patient at the birth center but I am 28 n 5 days pregnant and due to insurance I’m not sure if they can keep me as a patient anymore. A home birth has always been a goal of mine for this is my 3rd baby and my second was a natural water birth. I would like a midwife that can preform pre and post natal care that may work with a near by hospital.

I would like a mid-wife to help me give assistance with an at home water birth. I rather a Mid-wife over a Dula because in case anything happens to me or the baby that might need medical attention, a midwife is medically certified to assist in that situation, if it where to occur. A dula is for support & help to relax & I’ll have plenty of that with dad & my family. I’d also like to know what they need me to get to prepare for this home birth so it’s available for when baby comes. I don’t have insurance, I did but they recently took me off. I am willing to pay out of pocket.

I plan to give birth at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point Nj. I’d prefer in person but virtual is okay. As of 9/21 I am 29 weeks exactly. I would very much prefer to pay through insurance. With my first baby I breastfed for two months and then milk stopped coming in and I was forced to switch to formula. I am also curious about doing a natural birth this time, I had an epidural last time and it was a mess.

I am planning to give birth in a Hospital or possibly birth center. I am looking for my child to remain unvaccinated and have a natural birth with limited intervention. I am also looking for a provider that accepts insurance or has an NPI number that I can submit for reimbursement from my insurance company.

Roughly 18 weeks with my 3rd baby looking for a midwife who would come to the house to do routine checkups and help with delivery. I find dealing with the mainstream medical community depersonalizing and it would be great to have another option.

I just did a positive urinary test on Friday so I must be at 5 weeks. It is my second pregnancy. My first baby was delivered 2 years ago at the Birth Center in Bryn Mawr, which sadly closed a couple of months ago. I am looking for a follow up with midwives, and a birthing experience as natural as possible, but still safe (I am not sure I am ready for a birth at home even though it is something I am interested about). I know labor in bath helps a lot so I would like to have that possibility. Most hospitals don’t have bath tubs they say they have hydrotherapy but it is often “just” a shower. I am not sure I can do without epidural if I don’t have a bath tub… that is my story: I live in Malvern PA and am looking for a pregnancy follow up as well as a way to deliver the baby in a way that was close to my first great experience with the Birth Center.

I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby.
