Hi! I'm Ashley Pole, a birth and postpartum doula that services New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I've always had a passion for helping new moms find their strength and supporting babies transition to the world. I am prodoula certified and own my own doula agency, giving me and my team the opportunity to help as many families as possible. Hi I'm Chris! I'm super passionate about all things birth. I'm a birth and postpartum doula and a lactation councelor. I have 4 grown children, I was a sign language interpreter many years ago, and worked in a local church for 20 years. I was incredibly nieve and uninformed when I had my children and it is my hearts desire to support moms through pregnancy and birth as well as those first few months after baby is born. I have no preconcieved notions as to how your birth should or should not go. I believe in supporting you in the way that fits you the best while informing you of all your options. Being a Doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer’s life. As a Birth Worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance for families. Seventeen years ago, she decided to become a birth & postpartum doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife. It gave her the confidence and strength to pursue birth work. Her role as a birth worker allows her to provide the support parents and babies need in order to ease the transition into the amazing life of parenthood.  She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is currently learning ASL. Hello, I am Carmen Victoria, a local Doula in South Jersey. Originally from Havana, Cuba, but somewhere along the way ended up in Kingston, Jamaica. Over time, my education and family ended up in Florida. I came to Tallahassee and graduated twice from Florida A&M University, most recently with my Master of Public Health. My field of study and passion is Maternal and Infant Health. In 2022, I took a leap of faith and completed the Doula Workshop Training from Capital City Doula.
