Hi! I'm Ashley Pole, a birth and postpartum doula that services New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I've always had a passion for helping new moms find their strength and supporting babies transition to the world. I am prodoula certified and own my own doula agency, giving me and my team the opportunity to help as many families as possible. Birth and postpartum can be beautiful experiences, and I do my best to ensure that mom (and partner) feels supported and cared for through it all.

Being a Doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer’s life. As a Birth Worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance for families. Seventeen years ago, she decided to become a birth & postpartum doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife. Ria’s warm, nurturing approach and dedication often lead to lasting relationships, with families inviting her back to support them through multiple births. Ria provides comprehensive care from the prenatal stage through postpartum, helping parents prepare for birth, establish newborn care plans, and receive emotional and practical support during labor. Dia duit, hello! I am Eilís and I am a certified doula and full spectrum birth worker in Philadelphia PA. I have long been drawn to pregnancy and birth, and after the birth of my first baby at 16, I first trained to be a doula in 2005. I apprenticed and assisted with midwives for many years, and am also a trauma-informed social worker, herbalist, yoga teacher, and energy and body worker. I weave my experiences and skill sets together, providing intuitive and tailored physical, informational, educational, mental, emotional, and spiritual supports. I see the role of a doula or monitrice as a steward- someone to tend to and watch over the person, couple, family during labor, birth, and postpartum and providing care and remedies as is fit and called for. Every birth, body, baby is unique and I see it as my role to meet everyone where they're at. Some people need every bell and whistle, some people need their back squeezed for 12 hours, some people need a quiet, confident witness to be present, but hands off.
