One-on-one care throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth. This package includes care from ONE dedicated doula: Prenatal care: --One or two prenatal visits – up to 1.5 hours each (virtual or in person) --Backup doula - Breif virtual meeting with assigned backup --Information and handouts regarding pregnancy, labor and birth - this will be tailored to you, your preferences and your unique pregnancy and birth --Weekly check-ins – via text message --Assistance creating a birth plan --Newborn care information Labor care: --14 hours of in person support during labor ($25/hour beyond this timeframe) --Pictures and video during labor/birth upon request --Immediate postpartum care - Until you and baby are settled (typically 1-2hrs) Postpartum care: --1 hour Postpartum visit within one week of birth (in your home) --Newborn care instruction (as needed/wanted) --Babywearing assistance

"Twice the expertise, twice the care!" With our Doula Duo Package, you gain the incredible advantage of having not one, but TWO experienced doulas supporting you throughout your journey. This package includes care from TWO dedicated doulas: Prenatal care: --One or two prenatal visits with TWO doulas – up to 1.5 hours each (virtual or in person) --Backup doula - If your primary doula is sick, you will already know and be comfortable with your "backup doula"! --Information and handouts regarding pregnancy, labor and birth - this will be tailored to you, your preferences and your unique pregnancy and birth --Weekly check-ins with TWO doulas – via 3-way text message --Assistance creating a birth plan --Newborn care information Labor care: --UNLIMITED in person support during labor from one of your dedicated doulas, with the option of a seamless transition to the second doula during an extended labor --Pictures and video during labor/birth upon request --Immediate postpartum care - Until you and baby are settled (typically 1-2hrs) Postpartum care: --1 hour Postpartum visit within one week of birth (in your home) --Newborn care instruction (as needed/wanted) --Babywearing assistance
