I need help breastfeeding. Twins born on July 28th at 34 weeks. They eat well, but not on the boobs. Since they started with bottles and weren't getting enough from the book because of not swallowing or sucking it out I was triple feeding while they were in the nicu. As soon as I got home I noticed that wasn't very doable given how time-consuming it was with twins... I have elastic nipples and on the larger scale so ive been using a nippleshield to give them some structure .. I'd like to just nurse and not be supplementing with formula. I am exhausted from having to clean it all every three hours! Formula is very expensive too and I know i can up the supply I could just need alittle help on how to do it
