A hospital with a strong preference toward vaginal delivery as I'm a single mom by choice and don't want to be recovering from surgery after giving birth. My mother will be available but it has been awhile since she's had children!

My plan is to give birth at home unless medically necessary to be at a hospital. My out of pocket maximum would be around 4,000. I would like to have her receive as much nutrients from her cord as possible and delay clamping. I plan to have an in home birth and am looking for a night nanny. The night nurse would come in from 10pm-2am and assist with bedtime routine for a 4yr old and caring for newborn (waking mom to feed and pump, burping baby, diaper changes, collecting and storing excess breast milk, and light household chores).
