Hello! My baby is currently 8 weeks old and we are looking for a postpartum doula (through Kaiser) to help support our family.

I am looking for a day time postpartum doula starting in February or March 2026. I only want someone who can work with Cigna insurance (i.e., need to have doula certification, NPI number). My baby will be 3 months old and we need some help during the day as I deal with postpartum.

I was hoping to receive some prenatal, labor and delivery, and potentially some postpartum care (ideally more time that is alloted from Kaiser, and willing to pay out of pocket for the additional hours). I am having a c section on October 15, 2025 and would like all doula services focused around lactation and baby bonding support ASAP postpartum. My 1st child had a lip and tongue tie and was 5.5lbs so would fall asleep as soon as he latched. Breastfeeding was very emotional and stressful, ultimately I ended up exclusively pumping.
