we would like a nighttime pp doula to help 3-4 nights a week with overnight care for 4-6 hours a night. I am giving birth at home. Budget is flexible.

I'm just looking for now to see what our options are.

1. Planning to give birth at St. Elizabeth's in O'Fallon, IL 2. Tricare insurance, willing to pay a portion out of pocket for the right person! 3. As low intervention as possible - second birth. First birth went very smoothly without medication/complications (Aug 2024).

I will be giving birth at Women's Hospital I'm looking for an unmedicated birth as both my mom and sister were allergic to pain meds I have Tricare insurance this is my first baby and he is due in January.

I am having a c-section December 17th, I also have an 11 year old son, and my fiancé works full time. I plan to give birth at Baptist Women’s hospital here in Memphis. My budget is open currently. I plan to birth completely unmediated but if not possible due to circumstances and needing dilators or things of that sort, atleast NO EPIDURAL for sure
