I adore working with my moms and helping create an environment where they feel empowered & in charge of their pregnancy and labor. I believe education removes fear, and I love getting to walk alongside of my moms and families throughout pregnancy and labor answering questions, being an advocate, supporting them mentally, physically, emotionally, and being a place where they can feel comfortable enough to embrace the new chapter. This time is all about rest, nourishment, and recovery. I am here to make sure that you are taken care of, your house is in order, and you and your little baby are bonding! I am happy to wash bottles, pump parts, help prepare meals and snacks, perform light housework, or just take care of your baby while you rest! It is completely up to you and your needs.

When i first learned how complex a woman’s body is and the incredible things it could do at a young age i was so intrigued. i knew i wanted to deal with birth/ small children as i loved them so much. becoming a doula has been inspiring and magical for me. i love helping women become mothers and being able to be apart of the big transition whether your a first time parent or a sixth time parent, each person and each birth/child is different and that’s what makes being a doula so amazing. you get to experience something different everytime.
