She's also not good with getting blood drawn gives her major anxiety. Last time they tried I hospital she was so freaked out she moved and it busted. She's wanting to have baby as naturally as possible. So I'm trying to help get information. I had 2 c sections but would love for her to have this kind of more peaceful experience. 1- hospital birth accompanied by my OB 2- Fully covered by my insurance preferably. My Tricare plan covers up to 6 hours prior to birth and one visit during l&d. 3- I’m wanting to try for a Vbac and labor unmedicated for the majority of labor, but am open to/considering an epidural once active labor occurs. I had an emergency induction with my first pregnancy at 35 weeks due to cholestasis, and ended up having an emergency c-section as well due to failure to progress and concerns of fetal distress by my OB. It was an incredibly traumatic experience that I’m hoping to avoid this time around. My main goal is to use the least amount of medical intervention possible.

Hi there! I am planning to give birth at a hospital and have a very flexible birth plan. Doula care is covered in my insurance (BlueCross BlueShield CareNow) and that is where most of the budget is coming from. My main concern with my birth plan is that the baby and I are both safe and healthy. I do have some anxiety around birth and something going wrong, so emotional support is a must for me. My husband and I are first-time parents so I know that he would also like support as he will be my main support system. We do not plan on having any other visitors in the hospital.
