Need a night doula or nanny who can help with baby feeds and care

Prenatal planning, in-person labor support, postpartum support. Our insurance provider Kaiser provides up to 11 visits and we plan to use Kaiser. Mandarin Speaking. We would like to use Kaiser Insurance and not pay additional out of pocket.

We’re looking for an experienced overnight newborn care provider for the first 1–2 months postpartum. Ideally, we’d like someone with both NCS experience and postpartum doula credentials. A formal postpartum doula certification is strongly preferred for possible reimbursement through Carrot, Anthem Blue Cross PPO, or Progyny. Our main need is overnight newborn care, not cooking or housekeeping. My parents will help with meals. Responsibilities would include feeding support, bringing baby to me for breastfeeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, safely settling baby back to sleep, bottle/pump-part cleaning, and tracking feeds, diapers, and sleep. Mandarin is preferred, but English-only is completely fine for the right candidate. We strongly prefer someone who has cared for 15+ newborns, with substantial recent experience with babies 0–12 weeks old. Infant CPR/First Aid, strong references, and adherence to current AAP safe sleep guidelines are required. We prefer a responsive, evidence-based approach and no cry-it-out sleep training for a young newborn. Please share your credentials, approximate number of newborns you’ve cared for, overnight availability, rate, minimum booking requirements, and whether you can provide documentation for insurance/benefit reimbursement.

Looking for a birth doula that is fully covered by my Kaiser Norcal plan. I am being induced soon -- 10/1/26 (39 weeks) -- at Kaiser Redwood City but just learned that health insurance now covers doulas so am a bit behind. I will use the birth plan from my first child as a rough guide but I know that it can all quickly go out the door as it did with him. My intention is to deliver vaginally and get an epidural.

I am located in Southern California in the Irvine area. My husband is in the military and is currently deployed. He most likely will not be able to be at the birth of our son. Because of that I will be giving birth in Napa California at Queen of the valley hospital. I have tricare and hope to get the doula services covered through my insurance. I am a first time mom so I do not currently have a birth plan per se so I am hoping the doula could help me. I am 24 years old and like I said this is my very first baby so anything helps.

I try to live a more holistic life style these days and after becoming aware of the pharmaceutical industry and how they operate in the US. This my first baby. I would like to birth at home and in case of emergency help with a transfer to the local hospital and be present for the birth. I have a full birth plan that intend on discussing with my midwife but that's the basics of it. Preferably I'd love a midwife that's holistic and medically trained. I would love if they took insurance but if not my budget is $3,500. If a payment plan is available I would love that. I am currently 10 weeks along with no complications so far.
