Perfect for moms who want connection, reassurance, and expert advice from the comfort of their home. Includes: • 1 prenatal virtual check-in • 3 virtual postpartum support sessions (60 mins each) • Text/email support during daytime hours (Mon–Fri) • Guidance on newborn care, feeding, nutrition & emotional well-being • Meal planning ideas and recovery tips, including plant-based Great for second-time moms or those with an existing support system who want light, flexible guidance.

💛 The Flourish & Flow (Premium Support – Deeply Nourishing)

A luxurious level of care for moms who want full-circle support—ideal for first-time, older, or solo moms who are ready to be deeply cared for. Includes: • 1 prenatal visioning + planning session • 24 hours of in-home care (spread over 4–6 visits) • Customized postpartum wellness plan • Healthy meals prepped during visits, including plant-based options • Gentle movement & recovery practices (stretching, walks, etc.) • Lactation, bottle, and sleep support • Partner/family guidance and education • Unlimited virtual and text support for 6 weeks Feel held, seen, and nurtured as you settle into motherhood with confidence and calm.
