About me

Doula, maternal health advocate, and registered nurse, I have experience in birth preparation, labor & delivery, cesarean recovery, and postpartum care. I have a Bachelor of Nursing from McGill University, and I'm certified as a doula through Childbirth International. I'm passionate about helping families feel reassured, supported, and informed throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I truly believe that knowledge is power and that it can transform your birth and postpartum experience. My goal is to help families feel empowered through one of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable chapters. Also, in the process of becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) by 2026. In addition to my doula practice, I am the co-founder of Nouma, an initiative dedicated to reimagining and strengthening postpartum at-home care in Quebec.
