I have a Bachelor of Nursing from McGill University, and I'm certified as a doula through Childbirth International. I'm passionate about helping families feel reassured, supported, and informed throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I truly believe that knowledge is power and that it can transform your birth and postpartum experience. My goal is to help families feel empowered through one of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable chapters.
