Packages
Birth Doula
Birth doula care (38-42+ weeks) I offer two pre-birth visits, one postpartum support visit, and birth doula support starting at 38 weeks. The pre-birth visits are for getting to know one another, for exploring your birth options, for preparing a birth plan, and for engaging in individualized childbirth education. Starting at 38 weeks, I will be on call for your birth. I only take on one or two clients a month, all but guaranteeing that I will be able to accompany you during your birth. When your labor is underway and you feel ready for me to join, I can come to your home or I can meet you at the hospital. I will then support you in navigating your labor, coping with contractions, making informed decisions about your care, and advocating for yourself. If your partner or a family friend is also attending your birth, I can help them help you, getting them involved in hip-squeezes, back rubs, and other labor support methods. Two to three days after the birth, I offer one postpartum support visit to help establish breastfeeding (if applicable) and to debrief your birth.

Childbirth Education Series in El Paso
El Paso, Texas
“Thresholds: Preparing for Birth & Beyond” $250, 4 Classes Lasting 2 Hours Each Thresholds is an intimate, four-week childbirth education series designed to prepare parents to give birth in awareness, whatever the outcome or setting. Rooted in the Birthing From Within philosophy, this class honors birth as a profound rite of passage, not simply a medical event. Through storytelling, art, discussion, movement, and hands-on practice, families explore both the science and the mystery of birth. The small class size allows time and space for deep discussion, reflection, and genuine connection. Parents are supported in preparing for any birth path that may be right for them. Together, we acknowledge that birth can bring the unexpected, and we focus on developing inner resources for coping, flexibility, and self-compassion. Partners learn to be truly present and to offer loving, effective support, while birthing parents strengthen trust in their bodies and intuition. Each session invites active, creative self-expression and cultivates confidence in meeting birth and parenthood as transformative thresholds. Families leave with practical tools, a deeper connection to their intuition, and a renewed sense of confidence in their body’s natural design. Families are encouraged to attend our series between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. The series is hosted by Nourish Chiropractic on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, and include a nourishing soup dinner with fresh sourdough bread. Each session centers on a key theme: Session 1: “Unconscious Preparation for Birth: Unpacking What We Carry” Session 2: “Reclaiming Intuition: The Body Knows the Way” Session 3: “The Physiologic Design of Human Birth: Connecting to Your Inner Mammal” Session 4: Honoring and Preparing for the Fourth Trimester To sign up, call or text: 214-850-9047 Date of series: Nov 19, Dec 3, Dec 10, Dec 17 6-8 pm at Nourish Chiropractic Soup and Sourdough Bread provided!
