First baby in Eagan, MN. Looking for a postpartum doula once a week for daytime support

Baby boy recently came home from the NICU. Looking for overnight support 1-2 nights weekly while we maintain a strict feeding schedule, at least 4 weeks. Budget $60/hour.

We’re hoping to find an experienced Newborn Care Specialist or postpartum night doula who is fully vaccinated, up to date on infant CPR certification, and has significant newborn experience and strong references. Planning phone call interviews this week, followed by in-person the last week of September as we’re hoping to find someone soon. Location: Minneapolis, MN Number of hours and children: 1 newborn; looking for overnight care 2–4 nights per week, 10 hours a night. Pay range: $30+/hour, depending on experience

Looking for a night nanny for 8-9 hours overnight on weeknights for newborn daughter. Start time soon but flexible. Ideally, we’d also love support with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep.

I want someone who can stay 8 hours through the night taking care of the baby and training it to sleep on its own. Additionally emotional support would be great as this is our second child and for our first we got no sleep.

Soon after our delivery date we will likely want 3 week nights / week of overnight help. We just started looking at this, so we aren’t sure what certifications, rates, etc. we want, but we are expecting to book ~30 nights of time, at hopefully a deal since we would be booking so many hours. I think we mostly just want baby care, but maybe some sleep training, and might want to add occasional cooking / cleaning dishes later (curious how the rates differ with the additional services)

One baby girl on the way, currently looking for someone to cover 5-8 hrs of the night so I would be able to get some consistent hours of sleep. Looking for around $25/hr, most likely 2-3 days a week. Bottle prep and light housekeeping would be nice but not a requirement
