I’m looking for a doula in the Seattle area to support me and my partner throughout pregnancy, labor, and the transition into postpartum. This is my first pregnancy, and I’m feeling very nervous. My first trimester has been especially difficult, both physically and mentally, so I would really appreciate ongoing support through the different phases of pregnancy, not just during the birth itself. I’m planning a hospital birth and am open to pain medication, including an epidural. I’d love someone who respects my preferences, helps me understand my options, and supports me as those preferences may evolve. I’m hoping to find someone warm, patient, and reassuring who can help me feel more informed and confident. Supporting my partner is also important to me, including helping him feel prepared and showing him how to support me during labor. My budget is around $2,000, and I’d love to learn what services and ongoing support you offer within that range.

I am going to be first time mom and expecting my baby boy in feb and looking for doula that can specifically help with labor and have expertise in the same.

We are planning to give birth at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue and are looking for postpartum doula support to help us transition into life with our new baby. We are hoping to utilize our insurance benefits for postpartum doula services, so we would prefer a provider who is experienced with insurance reimbursement or can provide the necessary documentation for us to submit to insurance. Our main priorities are practical, hands-on support during the postpartum period. Help with light cleaning, tidying, laundry, and especially preparing simple, nutritious meals would be greatly appreciated. We would also value guidance and support as new parents, including newborn care, feeding support, establishing routines, and general postpartum education. We are looking for a certified and experienced postpartum doula who is warm, patient, reliable, and comfortable working with new parents. We are open to different levels of experience and would appreciate someone who can communicate clearly in English. Additional language skills are a plus but are not required. The care recipient will be our newborn baby, along with support for the birthing parent during postpartum recovery. We are expecting a healthy newborn and do not currently anticipate any special medical needs. We would appreciate support with newborn feeding, soothing, diapering, sleep routines, and helping us feel more confident caring for our baby. Our estimated budget will depend on what is covered by insurance, and we are hoping to maximize our available postpartum doula benefits. We are primarily interested in postpartum support at home, with a focus on newborn care, household assistance, cooking, and helping our family get settled during the first weeks after birth.

I’m looking for overnight newborn care in Mill Creek, WA. Who is eligible or can become eligible through Carrot Fertility. We’re looking for a fairly substantial commitment: approximately February through April 2027 (about 3 months), ideally 5 nights/week and at least 40 hours/week of overnight care. Something around 10 PM–6 AM would work well, although we’re flexible on the exact overnight schedule. We are flexible on the Hourly rate. Hello! We will be first time parents and would love to work with a doula who can support through birth and after. There's so much we don't know and I personally could use support developing a birth plan, coaching through the delivery, breastfeeding and post-partum recovery. Our families do not live in WA and this will also be the first grandchild on both sides, so I'm hoping a doula can really provide that expertise and reassurance for all the things that are bound to come up!
